Mr. Cormier served as Team Leader for Homeland Security Bureau including grant funding efforts, site security assessments, investigative responsibilities, and operational support directives. Specific areas of expertise emphasized:

Mr. Cormier has developed a dynamic training course for commercial aviation industry employees titled: Radical Islamic Culture Awareness for Aviation Employees. This course is currently offered to all levels of commercial aviation employees and is tailored to specific groups by job function. The course, which is interactive, involves students in an open dialog learning environment encouraging participation for maximum benefit. In addition, Mr. Cormier serves as Sr. Consultant for GEOCRIS – Interoperable Communications product, InterOps4. InterOps4 is the total solution to interoperable communications and emergency management coordinated response. Prior to his law enforcement experience, Mr. Cormier worked 20 years in private industry as an industrial engineer and engineering consultant. Primarily focused on business development, manufacturing expansions and new plant start ups, Mr. Cormier’s industrial experience revolves around land acquisitions, project management, contractor negotiations, equipment purchasing, factory work flow, total quality management, lean manufacturing, OSHA adherence, and cost reduction.
